There is always a lot happening around the branches and wards, and we thought it might be good to do a round up of some activities each month.
Recent activities have included a visit to the South Australian Parliament by young single adults, which was hosted by Member for Hartley, Vincent Tarzia.
The 175th anniversary of the Relief Society (March 17) of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was celebrated in various ways. Mildura sisters embarked on a temple trip with 14 sisters attending consecutive endowment sessions at the Adelaide temple on Saturday the 18th. The Morialta ward sisters also attended the temple on Friday 17 March to mark the occasion.

In other news, LDS volunteers supported Anglicare’s abseiling from the city’s Hyatt hotel fundraiser (hair-raiser!) event on 18 and 19 March.

Marion Stake is gearing up for its Pioneer Trek at Calperum Station north of Remark. The Trek undertaken two years ago was reported here.
